You only have three seconds to connect with a prospective buyer who is searching online for homes. Will they connect with a home that presents itself with photos of cluttered rooms or will they move on? Chances are they will move on to the next home. Why? It’s overwhelming to see photos of cluttered rooms and making the buyer look past all the clutter to try and get a glimpse of how big the room is or what features are in it makes the buyer disconnect emotionally. Those cluttered photos do more than just make a buyer want to move on, they plant doubt in the minds of buyers of how the house was maintained.
